Job Description
Education: MBA/ PG in HRM
Experience: 5+ Years
Design and update job descriptions
Screening incoming resumes as well as application forms
Interviewing candidates via various mediums (e.g. in-person, phone, video)
Advertising jobs on careers pages, job boards, and social media
Hosting recruitment events and participating in job fairs
Collaborating with management for identifying future staffing needs.
Handle overall recruitment and Onboarding process.
To complete HR formalities like Letter of Intent (L.O.I), Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, Promotion letter, Increment letter, relieving letter, Exit Interviews.
Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)
On boarding ,HR processes & Documenting via Zing HR software.
On-boarding of new employees, their Joining formalities including maintaining of the
Personnel file( Soft Copy & Hard as well) , bank account opening ,ID Card and statutory requirements.
Maintaining the M.I.S for change of employment status, employment criteria, new joiners, confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations.
Tec. Skills-
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good At Excel, MS word, MIS
Active On Professional Social sites . i.e. Linkedin

Salary: ₹13,681.61 - ₹53,882.38 per month
