The Manager, Financial Reporting and Control will play a pivotal role in managing financial processes: Statutory Reporting and Annual Report, Financial Statements (including items like Climate Risk), new product and IFRS treatment, Audit liaison, P&L. Manager, Financial Reporting and Control

• Statutory Reporting and Annual Reporting
• Financial Statements (including items like Climate Risk)
• New product and IFRS treatment
• Audit liaison
• P&L
• Manage and supervise financial processes and operations within the department
• Develop and implement effective operational strategies
• Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Act as a point of contact for financial and operational queries
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department
• Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the company
Profile
Manager, Financial Reporting and Control
West London - central
A successful Senior Manager Finance & Operations should have:
• ACCA, ACA/CPA, CIMA, or equivalent
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Banking industry
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
