Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager located in Barrie, ON. The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and food quality. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with the kitchen staff. The role also involves recruiting, training, and scheduling employees, as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in inventory management and ordering supplies
Ability to train, develop, and motivate staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training in hospitality management preferred
