Manager Finance amp Accounts System Cost Controller

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Responsible for management of system cost for Auto Division - Rs. 7300 crs

Quarterly target setting with all the functions through ALC - Sales, Mktg, Mfg, PD, IO, Support functions

Monthly monitoring of the target vs actual - raising timely alerts to CFO for necessary actions

2. Quarterly Reporting - Board Presentation for both Sector & Corporate, Risk management, Analyst FAQs, Benchmarking Analysis of Competition performance

Board Presentation

Risk Management presentation & coordination with CRO

Analyst FAQs & Draft management responses

Financial Benchmarking with all India Listed Cos, India Unlisted Cos, Global Companies

3. Anchor digital journey for System Cost to enable effective Management reporting & decision making

System Cost Dashboard through Power BI

Project Vihaan - various KPIs tracking for Costs - Plant wise, PU wise, AO wise etc

4. Preparation & finalisation of OWR, SWR, Budget, Forecasts & Actual - Other Expenses and Personnel cost etc

Longterm Projections for Costs, working along with various Units & business teams to shape up the way forward

5. Drive Cost reduction initaitives like productivity Improvement, DRE / Timesheet updation etc by working closely with Unit Finance teams & HR for various initiatives

Program management for overall System reduction projects

Reviews with all functions head with CFO on monthly basis

Monthly MIS & Exception report to CFO

Revenue Maximisation

Experience

5-10 yrs. experience with Excel /SAP knowledge
