Job Description
Should have hands on experience of handling following -
1) Compliances - GSTR liability payment and accounting, Quarterly TDS returns filling,
Salaries related statutory payments (ESI/PF/PT) and returns
2) Preparation and handling audits
3) MIS - Monthly P&L accounting, payments & receipts MIS as per schedule
4) NEFT - control and approval of daily payments
5) Expenses - Freight & non freight, branch petty cash accounting & control
Role & 6) Monthly CC MIS to bank and control on CC limits
Responsibilities 7) Agreements tracking and renewals
8) Debtors - Ledger reconcilation for customers, credit & debit notes, receipt bookings
& passing TDS entries
+) Bank reconcilation, 2A v/s 3B reconcilation
10) ERP - hands on experience on ERP required.
11) Records maintaining as per legal requirements
12) Handle banking matters & external finance arrangements
13) Lead and manage team of 4-6 people independantly
Qualification Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce
6-10 years - relevant experience necessary.

Candidate from logistics / supply chain industry will be added advantage
