Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing CSR strategies and initiatives that align with the bank's mission and values. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders, managing CSR projects, promoting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The manager will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing the impact of CSR activities and reporting the outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications
• Corporate Social Responsibility .
• Strong Project Management and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience with community outreach and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
