Job Description
Role Overview:
- Company is looking at a person to co-opt on the HR Business Partnering for the company's Corporate Division based out of Kolkata.
The role will entail the following:
- Liaise with Heads of Departments at the Corporate Division on HR-related issues such as talent management, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Co-anchor initiatives around business unit restructures and workforce planning
- Anchor various HR operations initiatives around employee life-cycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the hiring of a diverse and talented workforce.
- Manage and design Learning and Development interventions to address training needs for various Corporate departments and functions and their teams. Manage development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Sustain existing initiatives and develop new initiatives for employee engagement to foster an positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
