Job Description
At Mirvac, we’re creating extraordinary places and experiences that enrich lives. As we continue to grow our portfolio, we’re looking for a commercially minded Commercial Finance Manager to partner with our Asset Management team and help shape decision-making across a diverse property portfolio.
The opportunity
Sitting within our Asset Management Finance team, this role is a true business partnering opportunity. You’ll work closely with Portfolio and Asset Managers, providing high-quality financial insights that inform strategy, optimise performance and support investment decisions.
This is a broad, hands-on role where you’ll contribute across budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and strategic initiatives, bringing both rigour and commercial thinking to everything you do
Key responsibilities
Lead budgeting and forecasting across a dedicated property portfolio, including P&L, capital and long-term projections
Deliver insightful financial analysis and commentary to support business performance
Partner with portfolio teams on scenario analysis, including cashflow modelling, IRR and valuation impacts
Contribute to strategic asset planning, quarterly reporting and corporate reporting requirements
Support valuations, including analysis of movements and preparation of valuation packs
Assist with acquisitions and divestments, including financial due diligence
Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements and data optimisation initiatives
Build strong relationships across Asset Management, Finance and broader stakeholder groups
Your background
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Property or related discipline
CA / CPA / CFA qualified
Proven experience in a commercial finance or property-focused role
Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
Understanding of property markets and valuation drivers across Office, Industrial, Retail or BTR
Your strengths
