Job Description
Location :Bangalore/ Ahmedabad
• Lead the team of around 8-10 people to give the best client service. through deliverables and interactions. Oversee day-to-day operations across Industry and ensure alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.
• Team handling and experience in Handle Performance Appraisal for the associates.
• Exposure working on US GAAP
• Stake holder management
• Develop strong AM group who can inturn develop their team committed to integrity and excellence in their deliverables.
• Exposure working on Public accounting
• Handling complex projects with minimal instruction or guidance.
• Computing and preparing metrics such as key performance indicators (KPI’s) and dashboards for client utilization.
• Exposure working on various domains -manufacturing , healthcare, retail, NPO, Government and Education
