Responsibilities :
• Maintaining effective office administration for better coordination in the office premises.
• Coordinating with admin staff.
• Coordinating between different departments within the company.
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to execution of operational activities.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and documentation.
• Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures; assist in implementation of the same.
• Will be responsible for the partnership with Contract partners.
• Handling all the activities of housekeeping, security and other office maintenance etc.
• Segregating duties and allocating them to the respective for its timely completion based on priorities.
• Assisting other management persons in daily office activities.
• Conduct periodic review / feedback meetings to resolve all conflicts.
Skill Set :
• Experience in handling office administration
• Proficient in handling back-office operations, inter-office correspondence, quotations, monthly billing, Payments, cheques etc
• Ability to prioritize work effectively.
• Good Negotiation Skill
• Excellent communication and people skills.
