Accounts & Taxation Executive (On-site / Client Premises)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Taxation Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance activities directly at client premises. The role requires strong technical knowledge, discipline, and the ability to work independently in a professional environment.
🔸 Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Maintain books of accounts in Tally / accounting software
• Prepare monthly MIS, ledgers, trial balance, and reconciliations
• Bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
• Import / Export and High Seas Sales / Purchase transaction compliance
• Booking of forex gain / loss as per Ind AS
GST & Indirect Taxation
• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)
• GST compliance, notices handling, and audit support
• E-invoicing & E-way bill reconciliations
Income Tax & TDS
• Preparation of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.)
• TDS compliance and reconciliation
• Advance tax compliance
• Assistance in Income Tax Return preparation
Statutory & Compliance
• PF, ESI, Professional Tax compliance
• Support in audits and assessments
• Maintain compliance calendar
Client Coordination
• Work directly at client location
• Coordinate with client finance team and seniors
• Ensure timely completion of tasks
🔸 Desired Candidate Profile
• CA / CA Inter
• 1–4 years of experience in accounting & taxation
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting tools
• Good communication and professional conduct
• Willingness to work on-site at client premises
