Guide Account Payable team in keeping track of payments, Accounting,
Voucher saving and expenditures including purchase orders, invoices,
reimbursement claims and statements etc.
Thoroughly ensure payment release process and suggest appropriate
corrections.
Adhere to the SOP and timelines
Prepare reconciliations for the Accounts Payable, Prepaid expenses, Credit
card liabilities, other liabilities, control A/cs and related areas and make sure
corrective actions are taken promptly
Review accounting Purchase /Debit Note entries to ensure completeness,
accuracy, and timeliness for month end closing
Prepare monthly Creditors outstanding & advances aging report. Verify
balances in Creditors Ledger & rectify discrepancies.
Prepare cash flow projections
Handling day to day accounting, data migration from LOS/LMS/other
application to Financial ERP
Prepare MIS Report
Assist External / Internal Auditors in completing audits
Suggest F&A team for bringing efficiencies & Automations.
Support F&A team for timely books closure.
