We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Training Manager

Key Accountabilities/ Job Description Project Deliverables
• Be the subject matter expert in accounting and through understanding of one of the following AP, AR , GA……..
• Be able to understand knowledge/learning gaps of the associates during production and cull out the themes
• Should have experience of working in F&A operations, transitions, training role
• Ability to work with diverse set of stakeholders (customers, associates, operational leaders) to do business and gap analysis, report defects and implement process improvement plan
• Understand training requirements for a new business and translate them into a training curriculum
• Build accounting competency/technical know-how in the process
• Should have the ability to use knowledge capture, retention and transfer tool
• Be able to create knowledge/training manuals and share with teams
• Fluent in SOP management
• Ability to take stand up training sessions basis TNI on soft skills, domain
