Our Management Trainee is responsible for attending necessary training, maintaining professionalism with customers and store-front management, as well as offering relevant products and services based on customer needs. By facilitating events hosted for our client, a Management Trainee will be able to build necessary skill sets to further their career.
Management Trainee Responsibilities:
• Provide top notch customer service and support during in-store interactions at large name
• Learn basics of direct marketing sales and services for both in store and direct clients
• With proper training, represent clients by being the name, face, and personality behind the product / services
• Practice clear communication with sales team to address customer’s needs
• Develop personal skill set by attending training and development sessions held both by our own company and clients
Management Trainee Requirements:
• Prior customer service or service industry experience preferred, but not required
