Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Management Faculty role based in Trivandrum. The Management Faculty will design and deliver engaging classroom sessions on management topics, with a particular focus on skills relevant to students preparing for tech-sector roles. Responsibilities include creating and updating course materials, case studies, and assessments; mentoring students on academic and career-related matters; and supporting them in developing professional competencies. The role involves collaborating with other faculty and academic teams to align curriculum with industry expectations and placement goals. The Management Faculty will also participate in academic planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and periodic workshops or seminars for learners.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Organizational Behavior, with the ability to connect theory to practical workplace scenarios.
• Proven experience in Curriculum Development and Research to design, refine, and evaluate management courses.
• Demonstrated experience in University Teaching or similar higher-education/skill-development environments.
• Understanding of Marketing concepts and their application in business and career contexts.
• Postgraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, or a closely related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom engagement skills.
• Ability to mentor diverse learners, provide constructive feedback, and support performance improvement.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, placement-focused environment with a strong orientation toward student outcomes.
