Maintenance SILVER SHELL

Maintenance staff in a three-star hotel is responsible for ensuring that all hotel facilities, equipment, and technical systems are functioning properly and safely. The role includes preventive maintenance, daily repairs, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting smooth hotel operations for guests and staff.

Main Responsibilities:

Perform daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and lighting systems.
Fix furniture, doors, locks, windows, and basic carpentry issues.
Ensure proper functioning of water supply, drainage, and sewage systems.
Requirements:

Previous experience in hotel maintenance is preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work.
Ability to work independently and solve technical problems efficiently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends or holidays if required.
Physically fit and able to handle maintenance equipment and tools.
Working Conditions:

Day shifts with flexible weekly offs depending on hotel occupancy and operational requirements.
