Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Pratapnagar, Udaipur

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance operations of the hotel.
Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, and utility systems.
Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
Monitor maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and equipment logs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies.
Lead and guide the maintenance team for efficient operations.
Requirements:
Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
3–5 years of maintenance experience in the hotel industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, and utility maintenance.
Good troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts and handle emergency maintenance.
Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
