Duties
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality of all equipment.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
Fabricate parts as needed to support repairs and maintenance tasks.
Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related concerns and improve overall operations.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
Experience
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to work on various types of equipment.
Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems is advantageous.
Experience in welding or fabrication is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Previous supervisory experience is beneficial but not required.
