About the Role
We are looking for a capable and hands-on Maintenance Manager to manage plant maintenance activities at Bikaji's manufacturing facility in Bikaner. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of plant machinery, utilities, preventive maintenance, breakdown control, and equipment efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have experience in maintenance operations within a food processing, FMCG, or manufacturing setup and should be able to coordinate with production, quality, safety, and utility teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day maintenance activities of production machinery and plant equipment.
• Ensure timely preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Reduce machine breakdowns and improve machine uptime.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure proper execution.
• Handle maintenance of food processing equipment, packaging machines, conveyors, boilers, compressors, chillers, HVAC, DG sets, and other utilities.
