Hotel in Croydon Area is looking for an experienced Maintenance Handymen.
Minimum Working Hours - 40 hrs. per week.
Wages- £13 per hour, paid on monthly basis.
Skills we are looking for are -
• Carry out planned maintenance and brake down repair.
• Provide maintenance coverage for mechanical specific operations.
• Identify areas where improvements could be made.
• Carry out inspection and repair of portable tools.
• Identify and repair faults in plumbing systems.
• Skillful in painting, carpentry, and masonry jobs.
• Co-ordinating with managers and maintaining good relations with other staff.
• Ensure all the work is carried out safely and as per the standards.
We need a person who is available immediately to join. It is a permanent position.
