The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be part of a high performing team responsible for the maintenance and repair of plant and equipment such as Corrugators, Automated Feeders, Rotary Die cutters, Flex Fold machine at our Semi Automated Board Facility in Coolaroo.
Shift Options:
Day shift: 8h shift starting at 6am
Afternoon Shift: 8h shift starting at 2pm
Rate: $50per hour plus shift loading (only on afternoon shift)+ OT
What you will do:
Contribute to a safe and compliant working environment.
Conduct preventative maintenance of all plant and equipment.
Provide service to maintain production and resolution of operational or technical problems.
Ensure you work as a member of a cohesive team while maintaining individual responsibility.
What you will bring to the team:
Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or a related field.
Experience working in a fast paced, high-volume environment while maintaining the required safety standards.
Highly focused on process and continuous improvement.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a “get the job done” approach every day.
