We are currently seeking a Mainframe Developer/Engineer to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).

This Mainframe Engineer is part of a high energetic team, responsible for code research, develop, test, and work with environment groups to integrate and support changes from development to test to production environments.

Day to Day/Job Function
This Mainframe Engineer is part of a high energetic team, responsible for code research, develop, test, and work with environment groups to integrate and support changes from development to test to production environments.
Required Skillset
3+ years of experience in Mainframe coding and debugging
3+ years of experience using CICS, COBOL, DB2, VSAM, MQ and JCL.
3+ years experience in CICS System knowledge
Good understanding of CICS Dynamic Transaction Routing process.
Should be familiar with DB2 tools, File-Aid, scheduler and debugger tools. General knowledge in core Java and Front-end Technologies (Angular) is plus
Endeavor Software Manager migration tool/process
SFTP/AWXAY Secure File transfer knowledge
Good communication and ability to interact with Partners
Ability to work independently and within a team structure"
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant academics required
