Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in our cosmetics and skincare manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
✔Operate and monitor manufacturing machines to ensure efficient production.
✔Set up and adjust equipment for different skincare, cosmetics, and oral care product batches.
✔Inspect machines regularly for proper functionality and troubleshoot minor issues.
✔Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.
✔Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO, and safety guidelines.
✔Maintain accurate production records and ensure quality standards are met.
✔Collaborate with the maintenance team to address mechanical issues.
✔Ensure timely production output while minimizing downtime and material wastage.
Qualifications & Skills:
Hard Skills:
✔Experience in operating and maintaining manufacturing machines.
✔Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components.
✔Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues and perform minor repairs.
✔Knowledge of GMP, ISO 22716, and FDA compliance.
✔Familiarity with cosmetic or pharmaceutical production processes is a plus.
Soft Skills:
✔Attention to detail to ensure product quality.
✔Problem-solving skills to handle machinery issues.
✔Teamwork and communication for effective production coordination.
✔Time management skills to meet production deadlines.
✔Adaptability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Education & Certifications:
✔ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
✔Certification in industrial automation or machine operation is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
✔1-4 years of experience as a Machine Operator in the cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
✔Experience working in a GMP-compliant manufacturing facility is preferred.
