Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Engineer to manage and support enterprise-level end-user environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, device lifecycle management, user support, and ITSM processes. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS platforms, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Administration
• Manage users and licenses via M365 Admin Portal.
• Create and manage Azure AD groups, Distribution Lists (DLs), and M365 Groups.
• Troubleshoot email flow issues and collaborate with Exchange/Email teams as needed.
Device Management (Intune)
• Onboard and offboard devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Monitor device compliance and take corrective actions.
• Ensure endpoint security and policy enforcement.
ITSM & Service Desk Operations
• Use ITSM tools to create, manage, and resolve tickets.
• Follow up with users and teams to ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
• Document solutions and contribute to the Knowledge Base (KB) articles.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN, DNS, DHCP)
Technical Support
• Provide remote and phone-based support for Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate with vendors for repairs/replacements.
• Assist users with software installations, updates, and configuration.
Communication & Collaboration
• Communicate effectively via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
• Provide clear instructions and empathetic support to end users.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors.
ARC Team & Audit Support Responsibilities
• Actively participate in ARC (Audit, Risk & Compliance) team initiatives.
• Coordinate between InfoSec and other IT teams to ensure alignment on compliance mandates.
• Support internal and external audit requirements by providing timely data and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of device onboarding/offboarding, user access, and license assignments.
• Assist in remediation of audit findings related to EUC operations.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
• Participate in periodic reviews and reporting for compliance tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in M365 Admin Portal and Azure AD.
• Hands-on experience with Intune device management.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for OS (Windows & macOS) and hardware.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
