Short Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Quality Assurance Developer III (Automated Software Tester) to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web, API, and mobile applications. This senior individual contributor role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on automation work, building scalable test solutions, and partnering closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams. You will play a key role in strengthening test coverage, identifying complex defects early, and supporting a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement across multiple initiatives
Responsibilities
Design, build, document, and maintain automated test solutions from concept through execution across multiple platforms.
Plan, design, execute, and maintain test cases for CRM web, API, and mobile applications, including tablet and desktop environments.
Configure, manage, and support remote and distributed test environments to meet diverse testing needs.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and DevOps partners to identify quality risks, close test gaps, and improve overall coverage.
Execute, track, and report on test coverage aligned to business and technical requirements using established tracking tools.
Analyze test results, identify trends, and create clear, actionable reports and engineering documentation.
Support performance, load, and integration testing as part of a holistic quality strategy.
Mentor and support junior and intermediate SQA team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
Proven hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.
Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
