The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, exceptional interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to emotionally connect with guests.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management are essential for this role. You will also be required to work on a 24-hour rotating roster, including public holidays and weekends.
Experience with the OPERA property management system is a distinct advantage, and you must have full working rights for Australia.
