Gallery Manager

Package: £30,000 - £35,000 basic, dependent upon experience, with an uncapped OTE

Location: Blackheath, London

The Person:
• You will be engaging, confident, tenacious and vibrant by nature.
• You will thrive on achieving sales targets and earning commission.
• You will be passionate about delivering an unparalleled client experience for all.
• You will be competitive, ambitious and driven to succeed.
• Previous experience in targeted sales roles (at least 1 year).
• You will inspire and motivate your team, leading by example
• Previous experience in a team leadership/management role (at least 1 year)
• Knowledge of the art world isn’t required; we provide industry leading training.

Our Rewards:
• Lucrative uncapped commission structure reaching up to 5% of sales over target.
• Additional bonus payable if your gallery reaches its monthly sale target
• 33 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays, increasing with service.

The Role:
• Leading by example you will motivate and engage with your team empowering them to succeed
• Client qualification and onboarding of new clients from footfall and business development.
• Sales development with new and existing clients offering our unrivalled portfolio of art.
• Relationship and sales development utilising the galleries client database.
• Hosting events to network and create sales opportunities with your clients.
• Attending home approvals to deliver an exceptional, tailored client experience.
