About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Student Counsellor to guide students in choosing suitable international education pathways. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for counselling, and the ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities (Australia, UK, New Zealand, etc.)
Provide accurate information on courses, universities, visa processes, and requirements
Assist students in selecting the right course and institution based on their profile
Guide students through the application and admission process
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and processing
Handle student queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (any field)
Minimum [1–2 years] experience in student counselling or overseas education (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Basic knowledge of study abroad/visa processes is an advantage
Proficiency in English and Malayalam (mandatory)
Preferred Skills
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple students simultaneously
Good organizational and time-management skills
