Overview
This is a 30 hour per week contract to deliver exceptional guest experiences and lead hospitality teams.
We are Aspire Airport Lounges, Europe's largest brand of airport lounge, serving over 4 million customers worldwide in 64 lounges at 38 airports in 13 countries.
We seek a key team member to ensure guest expectations are exceeded, providing a warm welcome, efficient service, and re-energising experience.

Responsibilities:
Multi-skilled hosts will operate in Reception, Food and Beverage, and General Host areas.
Reception: offer a warm welcome, manage capacity, and bid farewell to guests.
Food and Beverage: prepare and serve food and drinks, maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
General Host: clear tables, maintain organisation, and provide excellent customer service.
Back of house: assist with stock delivery, waste management, and dishwasher loading.
Qualifications and Competences:
Background in hospitality or customer services with excellent communication skills.
Good numerical skills, computer literate, and ability to work as part of a team.
Flexible to work shifts covering 0330 – 2100, 7 days a week.
Additional languages desirable.
