Role: Logistics / Supply Chain Executive (SAP) Location: Pune Experience: 2+ Years CTC: Up to 7.5 LPA Notice Period: Up to 30 Days Shift: Rotational (APAC / EMEA / US) Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Summary
We are looking for skilled professionals with experience in Logistics and Supply Chain operations and strong SAP expertise. The role involves managing order lifecycle, inventory processes, and stakeholder communication while ensuring SLA adherence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Quote & Order Management

Manage end-to-end order lifecycle (Quote to Order)
Ensure accurate order processing and timely fulfillment

Inventory & Supply Chain Operations

Support inventory management and stock reconciliation
Coordinate with logistics teams for smooth operations

Customer Service & Issue Resolution

Handle customer queries and disputes
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

SLA & Performance Management

Monitor service levels and KPIs
Ensure adherence to SLAs and process timelines

Stakeholder Communication

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Provide updates, reporting, and escalation handling

SAP & Technical Skills

Hands-on experience in SAP (End User)
Modules: SAP SD, MM, FICO, S/4 HANA, FIORI
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
