Logistics Coordinator (e-commerce logistic)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with warehouses, 3PLs, and courier partners to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.

Monitor real-time tracking of shipments and proactively resolve any delivery issues.

Ensure accurate data entry and synchronization between the order management system (OMS) and logistics systems.

Track delivery SLAs and report on delivery performance, delays, and failed deliveries.

Optimize dispatch schedules to improve speed and reduce delivery costs.

Collaborate with e-commerce and inventory teams to manage order flow and stock levels.

Analyze logistics KPIs and recommend process improvements.

Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in e-commerce logistics, dispatch, or fulfilment coordination.

Proficiency with OMS, WMS, and logistics tracking systems.

Strong understanding of last-mile delivery and courier partner operations.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with major e-commerce platforms.

Familiarity with reverse logistics and return management.

Knowledge of regional and national courier networks.

Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
