PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
ü Inbound / Outbound interaction with clients
ü Skilling on all voice and back office queues as per requirement.
ü Good computer navigational skills and familiar with MS office
ü Should have good customer service skills
ü Understand customer queries / request and act accordingly.
ü Maintain a healthy and clean work environment.
ü Update knowledge of process on regular basis.
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
ü Good written and very good verbal communication skills. Fluent, neutral accent English language skills. Able to understand, assess and articulate a response – both written and verbal.
ü Be able to comprehend the words of the customer on an email, and articulate the response in a free flowing writing form.
ü English Language proficiency overall needs to be excellent.
ü Good telephone skills , able to listen patiently remain focused throughout the conversation
ü Good customer care skills – able to empathize, with a natural ability to assist support, including commitment to follow through
ü Basic understanding of business structure, including key processes, services, business goals role of main functions
ü Good information processing skills – able to react promptly to a situation, listen, think, type or search simultaneously. Good reasoning ability – can make inferences, draw conclusions, reason from information provided etc.
ü Good team working skills with the ability to contribute to effective team performance
ü Basic influencing persuasion skills.
ü Good self-organizational skills.
ü Results focused initiative to achieve required results. Methodical, accurate with attention to detail – able to spot error, ignore irrelevant details, recognize similarities etc.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Must have
• Graduate / Undergraduate.
• Should not be from a technical background
• Should not be a full time student and also should have cleared his last appeared exam
• Should not be pursuing a full-time career exam (pilots / cabin crew.etc).
Good to have
• Previous experience in Logistics / courier / cargo would be preferred
• Experience of 1-2 years desirable.
• Experience in call center will be an advantage.
• Work on track trace ( for logistic business)
• Hospitality industry candidates from e.g. hotels industry or any other service industry.
• Knowledge of Western culture would be an added advantage. (USA/UK culture)

• Issues with comprehending communicating effectively with the customer.
Important notes:-
• 5 days working and any 2 week offs.
• Should be flexible in 24*7 shifts.
• Should be within Transport Boundary.
