Job Title: Logistics and Operations Manager

Job Brief: Seeking a Logistics and Operations Manager to oversee supply chain management, including handling of large container inwards and distribution to dealers and sellers. The role is pivotal in enhancing business development, ensuring sustainability, customer satisfaction, and efficient operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics:
Manage logistics, warehouse operations, and transportation.
Handle large container inwards and oversee distribution to dealers and sellers.
Optimize the full order cycle, from procurement to delivery.
Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
Monitor stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs.
Operations:
Oversee daily operations of the head office.
Manage housekeeping and office support services.
Supervise, coach, and train office and warehouse workforce.
Implement operational policies and procedures.
Ensure health and safety compliance.
General:
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
Maintain metrics and analyse data for performance improvements.
Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
Requirements and Skills:
Experience in logistics and operations management.
Ability to lead and manage staff across departments.
Proficiency in logistics and operations software.
Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Independent worker able to handle multiple projects.
