Job Overview
Homemonde Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the entire inventory, manage shipments, and handle supply chain operations for domestic e-commerce platforms. This role requires end-to-end logistics management, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, efficient stock handling, and cost optimization in shipping and warehousing.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Logistics Management:
• Oversee and manage inventory in warehouse.
• Ensure accurate stock management to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Coordinate with the team for warehouse organization, storage solutions, and stock movement tracking.
E-commerce Shipment Handling:
• Manage logistics for FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon), Flipkart, and other e-commerce channels.
• Ensure timely order processing, packaging, and dispatch.
• Monitor and improve TAT (Turnaround Time) for order fulfillment.
• Handle return shipments, reverse logistics, and damage claims efficiently.
Team & Compliance Management:
• Supervise and guide a team of computer operators and logistics executives.
• Ensure compliance with logistics policies, shipping regulations, and platform guidelines.
• Track and analyze logistics performance, shipment costs, and warehouse efficiency for process improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce logistics, including Amazon FBA.
• Strong knowledge of shipping platforms, courier integrations, and inventory management software.
• Problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
