What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Manage daily activities of personnel within the Loan Servicing Escrow department, coordinating duties, deadlines, and daily assignments
• Monitor staff performance and adherence to company policies, delivering feedback to promote development
• Oversee escrow analysis processing, timely tax and insurance payments, and other related tasks
• Implement new products and procedures to maximize departmental efficiency and performance
• Conduct additional assignments/projects as designated by management
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Minimum five years of loan operations and servicing experience required; minimum two years of escrow experience required
• Strong management aptitude and leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products and knowledge of financial processing core systems required
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Two years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Advanced computer skills in report writing and spreadsheet applications preferred
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and applications quickly
