Loan processing admin

We are looking for an experienced Loan admin assistant to join our team. Your week will be filled with the ultimate satisfaction of seeing people achieve their home ownership dreams
The Role
· Liaise with customers, and assist with loan applications
· Obtain all relevant documents, update application progress and follow up with customers in a timely manner
· General Admin and reception duties
· Assist brokers with files, booking appointments, and client management
· Maintain key relationships and liaise with banks and conveyancers to resolve any queries
· Support existing clients with their home loan queries
The Skills
· 1 year’s minimum experience working either as a loan admin or in related fields such as mortgage broking, banking or home finance using systems such as AOL
· Marketing, social media skills and customer service background will be highly regarded
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Able to work in both an unsupervised and busy office environment
. Overseas banking experience considered
The Perks
· This role is part time to begin with will possibly become fulltime in due course- flexible hours approx 20-25 hours per week Monday to Friday
