We are DSA of loans, we need staff for documents collection, preparing loan files, handling clients, filling application form, Co-ordinating with bank. 2 wheeler is mandatory. 12th or freshers will also eligible.Job SummaryA Loan Processing Executive is responsible for collecting documents, preparing loan files, coordinating with clients and banks, filling application forms, and ensuring smooth loan processing. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple loan applications efficiently.Key Responsibilities1. Document Collection & VerificationCollect KYC documents, income proofs, property papers, and other necessary documents from clients.Verify the authenticity and completeness of all required documents.Ensure compliance with bank and financial institution guidelines.2. Loan Application ProcessingAssist clients in filling out loan application forms accurately.Prepare and organize loan files with necessary paperwork.Submit applications to the concerned banks or NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies).3. Client Handling & SupportExplain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.Address client queries and provide necessary assistance throughout the loan process.Ensure timely follow-ups with clients for pending documents and updates.4. Bank CoordinationLiaise with bank representatives, loan officers, and underwriting teams for smooth processing.Track the status of loan applications and ensure timely approvals.Assist in resolving any discrepancies or additional requirements raised by banks.5.
