Job Description
Our company is seeking a Note Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated previous experience in loan documents, customer service, and be highly motivated.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Scan any new/renewed/modified loans input the day before
• Batch scanned documents
• Check loan payments from the day before
• Verify paid out loans
• Input and check all new installment and simple interest loans daily.
• Input all participation loans
• Input new commercial loan accounts daily
• Perform maintenance on loans
• File loan and credit documentation
• Releasement of mortgages, UCC-1's and Titles
• Recordation of mortgages, UCC-1's and Titles
• Set up and keep an organized and confidential workstation for daily activity, i.e., obtains necessary forms and supplies for individual workspace.
• Answers phones and transfer calls to appropriate personnel if unable to assist the customer.
• Assist customers over the phone and in person to determine their banking needs while providing accurate and complete information.
• Represent the bank in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
