Litigation Paralegal

Join the Official Personal Injury Law Firm of the Houston Texans! Located in the Houston Galleria area, our firm is seeking a dedicated Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of hands-on experience. We focus on personal injury and commercial litigation and are looking for a reliable team player ready to make an impact.

Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate with current and potential clients.
Prepare, organize, and file documents and correspondence.
Conduct legal research.
Update and maintain internal databases.
Prepare witness and other materials for case preparation.
Organize relevant documents for attorney review and case preparation.
Prepare for, and attend, depositions.
Prepare and organize exhibits during depositions.
Prepare and file all court documents.
Assist with the drafting and reviewing of documents.
Schedule appointments and manage calendar.
Handle various other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish & English) required
Litigation support experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish & English)
Familiarity with Personal Injury Law
Attention to detail is an absolute must***
Excellent attitude, personable and able to interact with clients
Reliable and punctual***
Ability to work/think independently and not wait for instructions
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Deadline and detail-oriented
Tech Savvy - Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite
