Job Description
Conduct site inspections of properties offered as collateral for loans (LAP, Home Loan, Vehicle Loan, SME Loan).
• Verify property dimensions, construction quality, structural safety, and compliance with local building regulations.
• Provide technical support for property documentation verification in coordination with the legal officer.
• Maintain updated records of all technical inspection reports and site visits.
• Coordinate with external valuers and surveyors for detailed property assessments.
• Strong knowledge of property valuation and structural assessment.
• Familiarity with local land and building laws.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
