Job Summary

We are a MNC,with our presence in India and data centres across the globe. WIPL is an 18 year old customer-oriented company that provides premium web hosting & cloud computing services to support businesses & end-users in over 35 countries.

Responsibilities and Duties
• To communicate & provide technical support to customers through phone, chat, & tickets system WIPL CRM.
• Installation & configuration of web hosting control panels like Cpanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin.
• Installation Maintenance of Virtual Servers & Master

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Graduates with Redhat or experience in web hosting industry preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to deal with callers.
• Logical thinker.
• Outstanding troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹200,000.00 to ₹300,000.00 /year

Experience:

system administration: 1 year (Preferred)
