Qualifications

Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a line cook
Criminal record check within 30 days
Must obtain Food Safety course within 90 days of hire
Excellent culinary skills, possesses the ability to perform all functions in the culinary operations
Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
Experience with maintaining kitchen equipment
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
Knowledge of governmental and safety regulations
