Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work meets safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from remodeling to new construction, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to deliver top-quality results.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts.
Use hand tools and power tools effectively for pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly tasks.
Perform welding and pipe joining techniques to ensure secure connections in complex plumbing systems.
Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support installation processes.
Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing work with carpentry, HVAC systems, and remodeling activities.
Adhere to all safety protocols, building codes, and regulations while working on-site.
Valid license as a professional plumber with proven experience in construction plumbing projects.
Strong knowledge of construction site practices, schematics, and blueprint reading.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading techniques.
Mechanical aptitude with understanding of HVAC systems and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Experience with remodeling projects, assembly work, handyman tasks, and carpentry is a plus.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments for extended periods.
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or ability to obtain one is advantageous for site transportation needs.
