Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, valves, faucets, and fixtures.
Repair leaks, blockages, and damaged pipes promptly.
Maintain water supply systems to ensure uninterrupted hot and cold water service.
Install and repair bathroom fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, and water heaters.
Explicit clogged drains and sewer lines when necessary.
Monitor and maintain pumps, boilers, and water tanks.
Respond quickly to guest and staff plumbing complaints.
Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid plumbing failures.
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Keep maintenance records and report major issues to the engineering or maintenance supervisor.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
