Are currently licensed and actively originating mortgages in British Columbia, Alberta, New Brunswick, or Saskatchewan
Have an established client base or referral network
Value collaboration over competition
Want the freedom to build their business with the support of a strong brokerage behind them
Believe relationships are just as important as results
