The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of bail experience and be a highly motivated individual that is extremely flexible, has excellent bail sales techniques, outstanding negotiations skills, and great phone etiquette. In this role, the Bail Agent is in charge of contacting co-signers, processing, underwriting, and posting bail bonds. Job Requirements
Applicant must be a Licensed Bail Agent
Outstanding sales negotiations skill
Clean criminal record (must be cleared by FBI/DOJ background check and able to be appointed by CA Department of Insurance as well as Secretary of State for Bail Agent License or have current Bail Agent License and Notary Public commission respectively)
Excellent phone etiquette
Must have a personally insured vehicle, a valid CA driver’s license, and a clean DMV record
Strong sense of urgency
Must have excellent problem solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours (evening and night shift a plus)
2-3 Years of telesales experience (preferred but not required)
Experience processing financial paperwork (preferred but not required)
Bi-lingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)
Proficient in MS office and clerical duties
