Job Description: We are looking for motivated and self-driven individuals to join as LIC Insurance Advisors . Your role will be to promote and sell Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) policies, help clients choose suitable plans, and build long-term relationships with them. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and understand their insurance needs Promote and sell LIC’s life insurance policies (Term Plan, Endowment, ULIP, etc.) Provide financial consultation and guide clients on suitable policy options Follow up with leads and convert prospects into policyholders Assist clients with documentation and claim processes Maintain long-term relationships and provide after-sales service Stay updated on new LIC policies, schemes, and IRDAI guidelines Requirements: Minimum 10th pass (12th pass preferred) Good communication and convincing skills Strong networking and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated and result-oriented IRDAI License (training and certification provided by LIC if needed)
