Role Description

A full-time on-site role for a Library Assistant based in Lucknow. The Library Assistant will be responsible for managing library services, including circulation and maintaining library materials. Day-to-day tasks include assisting patrons with locating resources, handling check-outs and returns, organizing shelves, and providing excellent customer service. The Library Assistant will also assist in various library programs and events, and ensure a welcoming environment for all library users.

Qualifications
• Skills in Library Services and Library Science
• Experience in Circulation and handling library materials for atleast an year.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with library staff and users
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with library management systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science, Masters in a relevant field preferred. Read more
