Join our Lending Operations team and play an integral role in making our customers home loan dreams come true! You will support our retail customers with home loan documentation working closely with our branch and partnership networks to make Kiwi better off. In this role you will:
Process maintenance requests for existing home loans.
Organise documentation for lump sum payments, payment frequency changes, non-credit restructures, re-fixing of home loans.
Repay and close home loans.
Complete peer review checks and quality assurance of all documentation
Monitor and process requests that are submitted to the Maintenance Inbox.

Prior experience in banking operations, contact centre or branch environment is preferable.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong attention to detail with a great level of accuracy.
Tech savvy, with the ability to learn and use different systems.
