· Draft, review, and manage customer contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSA), Software as a Service (SaaS) agreements, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

· Review and manage vendor, staffing, Business Correspondent, lease, and other contracts related to the banking and mortgage industry.

· Draft various legal documents, including letters, notices, and Memorandums of Understanding (MOU).

· Manage and maintain reports on upcoming contract renewals and ensure timely renewals.

· Maintain a repository of all executed contracts, highlighting key features and differences from the master contract.

· Prepare monthly reports on contract statuses and updates.

· Procure insurance policies for the company and track renewals.

· Conduct research on applicable laws, recent legal changes, and ongoing legal developments relevant to the company s business.

· Negotiate contracts with customers, service providers, and vendors.
